Negative experience: It's not professional coming from a guy who works there his name is Ram he organises matches on Playtomic he went to play and the other three me among them we came from Sharjah to Dubai we arrived they told us that the session was cancelled when he should warn us well in advance there are people who come from far away we drive we don't see our phones we did 40 minutes and that I don't accept a little professionalism that's all

Negative experience: The place clearly needs maintenance to meet minimum standards. The place has been under construction for a long time, the facilities do not even come close to meeting minimum hygiene standards, the courts are not well maintained, the net is not attached to the court, the top of the net is broken and detached.

Positive experience: Surface needs improvement

Negative experience: Very bad flooring especially after the big flooding which happened in Dubai. There is no action whatsoever taken to correct it. An advise its better to pay a higher price but skip this court.

Negative experience: Nice staff, but the courts are so warn and damaged. Needs to be resurfaced big time. For now they are in a shocking state that should not be offered for bookings.

Negative experience: Poor court quality. Carpeting is messed up and flooring is uneven and unleveled. Poor customer service as we asked to extend our time for few minutes until we finish a set (we were happy to pay extra) but we were rejected just because.
