Fantastic experience: Great courts and atmosphere

Negative experience: Had to train their on wed. We booked at 9:15. No car parking available ended up reaching 7 min late. The lady on the reception checks the courts available she says go to court 5 which is outside of this location and need to walk. We walked the other way and went back to her as we wouldn't figure the location. she told us the exact direction.. we reach there, no staff. Both courts full. We had to speak to both courts till we got oneZ We start playing min around 9:35,40.. at 10:00 sharp she comes and asks us to leave immidiatly for the other booking.. we leave .. she leaves back to her spot. I went back to her saying that we came to you saying we have 60 min booking. U looked at the time and courts and gave us a court number that u know it wont be free for the coming 60 min! U should tell the client that btw your play time will be only for 30 min bcoz of bookings! Or reschedule! Or give us some other court! Instead she said no we cant do anything. She answers a call while im standing infront of her and ignors me as if i dont exist and she stays on the phone till she is sure we left!!!!

Negative experience: The have brand new courts which’s 4 and 5 and for 90 minutes 400 AED the courts is very very bad quality and the balls with brand new but not bouncing because of the court materials and there’s many lines at the courts and played everywhere in uae and others countries i never saw like this i don’t recommend for everyone i will never book there again

Negative experience: No fresh oxygen inside, no available parking outside

Negative experience: In comparison to the many options of padel courts in Dubai, this is by far the most outdated, dingy and poorly lit courts. There was a very strong chemical ?acrylic smell too. Nightmare parking. I only played a friendly match and cannot comment on the quality of the coaches.

Negative experience: Pathetic place . Courts 1,2,3 are in one “shed-partition” and 4,5 are in a different location . We booked two courts among 8 players without knowing this and had a poor experience . Very poor lighting in the “second shed” with Air conditioning also not working properly . I will actively avoid this place in the future . Somehow they also thought having foggy glass doors for toilets and bathrooms was a good idea I thought padel point was a reputed chain? This is a miserable branch in that case . AVOID!

Negative experience: Very disappointing…. The worst experience so far in Dubai compared to the value of money we paid. Courts need maintenance (floor needs serious upgrade as this can cause injuries and net was low) available rackets were broken and no balls. The booking was in a different building which was confusing. At that building there’s no water and no room to change and toilet door was locked and even no staff.

Fantastic experience: Just had a social there, really fun. Afnan who works there plays well and made the games competitive.

At the current moment they are renewing courts! Sending support! It’s not easy at all to have a business, especially in Dubai. There are many things to strive for. Negative experience: They keep changing the booking last minute without consulting you

Negative experience: This is worst padel place I’ve ever been to. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. The floor is completely damaged, ceiling is low and the net is loose. All of this and they charge you same as the premium padel clubs in Dubai.

Negative experience: Worst padel in town, Court doest bounce, Glass doest bounce They bring you in a bad wharehouse 5 min walk from the reception. This is a shame to charge indoor price for this. Will never ever come back, even for free

Negative experience: Our coach just did not arrive. Our class was instead led by a manager, who could not even remember our names. We started 15 mins late trying to resolve the issue with the missing coach, even though we arrived 10 mins before our class. Our class was 45 mins instead of an hour for the same price. Their blue carpet is of very bad quality. Parts of it always stay on my shoes after the game. I have been there multiple times and will not come back. The only good thing about the place is their coach Yuta

Negative experience: Dirty. A construction site. People smoking indoors. The courts are very poor quality dusty air like crazy. I’m afraid I couldn’t recommend it any less.

Negative experience: Honestly, this is the worst padel court in Dubai in terms of value for money. It’s unbelievable that they charge these prices for such poor quality. There is zero organization. The court surface feels like cheap carpet, completely unacceptable for padel. I won’t even start talking about the overpriced water bottles they sell. I genuinely don’t understand how this place has a 4.6 rating. Absolutely shocking.

Negative experience: Very disappointing first visit to Padel Point Dubai Al Quoz. They told me my booking was cancelled by mistake when I arrived — no apology, no solution. Customer service was poor and not welcoming at all. Don’t go there.

Negative experience: The court was not in good condition and not great for playing. Balls and rackets are also bad condition.

Negative experience: My experience was disappointing. I went to Playtomic and saw that Linadel organized a game. Nice, I accepted, and when I arrived, I saw that she actually works there. Which wasn't a problem at all; I didn't even think about it. Until our first round of the game was over, and she left for 10–15 minutes. So, all three players ended up waiting for a player, not knowing in advance that she is working there and will happen. So, round after round, we had to wait for her to go back to check stuff at work and then coming back. During the game also, staff came there, talking to her sometimes, and so on. So, be aware, when you book via Playtomic at this place, that it is possible for the staff to be part of the game and to be distracted or not motivated enough to play a full potential game. Linadel is though a nice person, but I think this business model will generate disappointment for anybody who will find himself in this situation.

Negative experience: Quality was terrible - we played on court 5 - surface was not stable and one of the lamps were flickering the whole time hindering the overall experience. Lots of work to be done here

Negative experience: I’ve played padel all over the city, and this was by far the worst court I’ve ever seen. The surface was completely worn out, with holes and torn patches everywhere — making it practically unplayable. Even worse, the bolts were placed on the inside of the frame, which is a serious safety hazard. One bad run to the wall and you could end up injured. This place needs a full renovation before anyone should be allowed to play here again. Absolutely unacceptable condition. You're better off booking champs sports club which is right next door and a hundred times better.

Negative experience: Had bad experience as the staff did a double booking for our court even we had a confirmed paid booking, the staff tried to offer us yo wait for additional 30 minutes to play at another court and after waiting he requested us to wait again for another 30 minutes. We would never go again to this place.

Fantastic experience: We had a coached match with Yuta and it was very fun! I recommend trying a class with him! The court was slightly damage but still able to perform.

Negative experience: The place was hot because the ac was busted and the courts were in terrible shape (literally unplayable). Cafe only had coffee and energy drinks. I informed the staff about these issues and they didn't care. Very rude. First and last time going to this terrible place

Negative experience: The Padel Point courts are okay but their products are damaged and they don’t offer after sale service. I am struggling as i purchased a racket which was smartly sold under promotion plus it was damaged and they dont intend to do replacement or refunds

Negative experience: Disappointing experience at Padel Point Al Quoz – especially Court 2. I recently played on Court 2, and honestly, it was not up to standard. The surface felt worn out, uneven, and slippery, which affected the quality of the game and raised safety concerns. They provided several balls, but most of them were not in good condition. Only around three were actually decent enough to use during the match. For a paid session, I expected better quality. In my experience, Courts 1 and 3 were much better and provided a smoother playing experience. If you’re booking here, I’d personally avoid Court 2 and go for the others instead. Just sharing my experience in case it helps others make an informed choice.

Positive experience: We had an amazing time at Padel Point! Our company organized a fun game day with colleagues, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. The courts were in excellent condition. It was the perfect mix of sport and fun, and we all had a great time bonding outside the office. Highly recommended for corporate team-building events or just a fun day out with friends! One small note – the parking area is a bit crowded

Negative experience: The most unprofessional padel place I’ve been to. I was recommended a coach there who was actually great. Tried a few sessions then booked a session everyday for the whole month. They call me a few days later canceling the booking. When I asked for the same time on a different day it was already booked. So they cancelled the whole booking for the month after accepting and confirming, then didn’t even bother to find a replacement day at the same time. Josh the manager was useless he called and explained then said there is nothing available. Don’t waste your time, old facility, no parking and useless management.
