Negative experience: Weare about to sign up along with our other friends for the upcoming Americano Challenge. I was disappointed when I saw my friend being excluded from the events, games, and groups just because she started working with another club and used to be part of this club before. I felt this was a form of discrimination, which is really disheartening in a community that’s supposed to promote the sport and bring people together. All I wanted was to enjoy the game, spend good time with my friends, meet new people, and develop my skills. But with this kind of treatment, it’s hard to feel welcome. I won’t be coming, especially not alone. It’s a shame because it could’ve been a great space for everyone.

The Jumeirah Park location boasts 10 outdoor courts, including 7 doubles and 3 singles. The amenities include standard facilities such as changing rooms and a coffee area with seating for around ten people. The trainers at Jumeirah Park, particularly Juliana, are exceptional—intense, experienced, knowledgeable, and not hesitant to push players to improve. Pádel Pro also offers a matchmaking service to pair players for games. Court rental starts at Dhs 95 for 90 minutes if you purchase a '5 Match Package,' which reduces the overall cost. The only area needing improvement is the quality of the racquets available for hire or provided during training classes.

Negative experience: We have booked a session with one of the padel coaches, we were told that we have a confirmed booking at 9 pm and waiting list at 8 pm (booking made few days back). At 7:30 pm , we were informed that we will not be able to take the 8 pm session and 9 pm got canceled as the coach can't make it or got busy in something else!!!!! Only an hour before the session and while we were getting ready to go , we got this information! I am not sure if this is the usual service level of Padel Pro!

Positive experience: Compared to the double courts , the singles courts are old and desperately need replacing compared to other Padel Pro sites . Love the location but the condition of the single courts the surfaces are not bumpy and uneven and not reliable for playing . I have been playing at Padel pro for over 6 months and no movement on relaying the singles courts . If they are next to do , then the process shouldn’t take over half a year to get it done .

I want to continue my padel session and start play with other players. I think it’s a good option to find friends and connection also to be socialized.

Positive experience: I’ve been training and playing at padel pro uae since 2022. Since I joined I have always find a very nice environment, booking team is always supportive and the coaches are super professional. The facility can be improved, changing room are old and since they share it with other sport academies, sometimes the parking and the entrance are very busy as well as the bar is not available due to birthday parties. It would be nice to have air conditioned padel court to play during the hot season. Overall is a good place to play and enjoy padel.

More than that, they organize tournaments every week for us to gain experience and enjoy ourselves playing Padel. The team members such as David are always doing their best to make us feel at home and have the best time out of our experience in their courts.
