Negative experience: Very bad communication. They make deals and disappear. I would not recommend at all.

Negative experience: Staff has been great in my experience. Courts are decent even though you can barely play lobs in court 1 & 2 (private courts), court 3 has a few dead spots too. My low rating is a reflection on how the owner(s) runs the place, and not the staff or facilities. They don’t seem like they want people to come back and play regularly. We were once lied to; they told us that one of the courts we booked for 90 minutes could only be used for 45 minutes since they had to do some maintenance work in that court, after our time was up another group was playing in place of us they seemed to be friends with the owner maybe, absolutely disappointing. When confronting the very helpful staff, they said they couldn’t do anything about it and they were just following what they were told by the owners. Moreover they refuse to honor groupon vouchers purchased when there was no time restriction mentioned on them. They recently edited the title on Groupon platform to limit the voucher to be used by 6 pm on weekdays, even though vouchers were purchased weeks ago while they were redeemable “all day.” The “additional information” on their Groupon page still says the vouchers are valid “all week, 7:30am to 12.00 am.” Instead of accepting and letting you use the vouchers before they made the change, they blatantly refuse it. That’s one way to lose regulars who’ve been playing there 2/3 times a week. Edit: I called in yesterday to inquire about this and was very clearly told these timings effect all vouchers purchased in the past too. Which was absolutely ridiculous. I cancelled my booking for tomorrow because whoever answered my called clearly said I won’t be able to use my voucher.

Negative experience: No communication and no professionalism. I have been trying to connect with them multiple times for a rate inquiry and they are not getting back to me. Management needs to overlook their operations and take care of future customers.

Positive experience: Bathroom as kinda of dirty and very small. I would hate to have to take a shower there.

Her professionalism and friendliness created a great atmosphere right from the start. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, making it an ideal place to enjoy a game of padel. Positive experience: All the courts are indoor so you can play all around the year. Courts are well maintained and staff is friendly.

Negative experience: Very disappointing experience at Just Padel – Mina Rashid. We booked a 90-minute court through Privilee, completed our session on time, but were later told we had exceeded our booking and asked to pay extra. The staff (Mehdi) refused to acknowledge the original booking, declined to process the Privilee scan, and implied we were being dishonest. The situation was handled unprofessionally and escalated unnecessarily. Not the level of service you would expect, especially from a Privilee partner venue.

Negative experience: The tournament was poorly managed and lacked fairness. Organizers showed bias toward friends by granting them repeat matches after losses and manipulating the knockout schedule to give them easier paths to the finals. These actions resulted in an unprofessional and inequitable experience for all other participants

Negative experience: Very bad organisation ever and extremely disappointed with the tournament organization. The bracket was restructured multiple times to favor the organisers friends even allowing them to replay matches they had already lost plus the some semifinal matches played race to 6 and some race to 9 . Unfair, biased, and unprofessional. I would not recommend participating in events run by this group. (Think 100times before participate in such this tournament and lose your time & effort with unprofessional & incompetents people)

Negative experience: We enjoyed playing here, but we are switching to another court for better service. We always have trouble with one of the staff. Unreasonable rude manner on the reception. Although the other staff member was nice. We tried to pay in advance, he refused for no reason. We had to insist to pay, then he allowed? After that, a very disrespectful attitude. It was weird and unreasonable.

Fantastic experience: My son was part of Kids Padel Summer Camp in June. The facilities are amazing, coaches are very friendly and respectful. My little one who was not eligible for the camp was also generously given a racquet and few balls to bounce around. The friendly coaches also showed him how to hold the racquet and bounce the balls. Highly recommend this place!

Negative experience: I’ve been to many padel places in Dubai but I had my worst experience in this one. They signed me up with a coach who resigned two classes into my 12-classes package and I’m not able to get my money back from them! Really bad customer experience, wish I could give zero stars

Positive experience: I have been training there for a while, the place is very nice. However, the ladies restroom has air conditioning problem and it does not cool. The rest room is very hot and humid, I have informed them multiple times but no action was taken

Negative experience: I’ve had a frustrating experience with the communication at this paddle place. Every time I try to speak to the staff, they either take too long to respond or don’t reply at all. Coach Alex, in particular, has never answered my messages or calls. I even spoke to one of the ladies there and asked her to inform the coach to add me to the group — she kept saying “OK” but I never heard anything back. It honestly feels like I’m begging just to get a basic response. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Negative experience: This place double booked my court and came and interrupted my game to ask us to empty the court saying I only booked for 45 minutes even though I booked for 90 in the morning they tried to offer us a time slot an hour later but that wasn’t fair as we scheduled our day Around this game super unprofessional and disappointing. Please book somewhere else

Negative experience: I am writing a complaint regarding the behavior of one of your staff members, (Mubarak), during my recent visit to Just Padel. Unfortunately, I found his conduct to be extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. The manner in which he spoke to us was not only inappropriate but left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. His behavior negatively impacted our experience, and what was meant to be an enjoyable day was instead marred by his behavior. Additionally, when booking by phone, we informed the staff that we would be using the Esaad Discount, which was confirmed. However, after the game, we were told that the Esaad Discount would not be accepted, which was both frustrating and disappointing. I expect a higher standard of customer service at an establishment like Just Padel, and I hope that you take this matter seriously. I kindly request that you look into this situation and take the necessary actions to ensure that this kind of behavior is not repeated in the future.

They provide everything that you may need from equipments to water and drinks. Their courts are really spacious and clean. Everyone should definitely consider this place and visit with family/friends this summer. Also, you can pre book your slot to avoid waiting for a court, on their app you can book your slot with preferred timings.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend just padel! This is the 2nd branch i try after kite beach and it’s my favourite! Staff are very friendly and helpful. The venue is really big and spacious! Me and my friends had a lovely time enjoying the courts. Will definitely try out the newly opened tennis court as well soon

Positive experience: Quality of the courts and environment inside is super cool, they got 10/10 there They provide towels and water included in the price, there is sitting area to view match if you have non-playing company alongside. However the accessibility of the courts is not very convenient due to location is aside and there are lots of diversions on road due to construction plans on the way to the venue. Price point is lill higher than market. They need to review their charging strategy if they expect a long term commitment

Positive experience: Clean, spacious, fun and friendly. Large warehouse with multiple courts and room for people to watch. Only downside was it was a little pricey and some other customers were yelling bad expletives in English (not their first language) while children were sitting just outside the court. It was over the top not just a word here or there but maybe an attempt to get our reaction. Overall it was fun!! Easy to book online. Welcoming! Good equipment! Ladies only area and roomy!
