4 months ago Negative experience: This place is unprofessional at all yesterday on 1/4/2026 after the rains they announced that the courts are open for playing so me and my friends booked a court but the problem was that the courts were very slippery because of the rain, one of our players fell down hard and his hand were swollen so i went to the office to tell them how you can open the club with this slippery courts is very dangerous, and the response was after 15 mins there will be outdoor courts which is better than the slippery indoor courts so we lost 30 mins of our time plus our player got injured and with no apology or responsibility from there side, they opened the club with slippery courts for the people to get injured to just make money after closing the club for a week for the rain, very disappointed by the management and will never play again in this place.

7 months ago Negative experience: Really can’t recommend this place for indoor courts. They are not indoor. They are outdoor covered courts but the issue is that there is massive glare on one side of the court, giving one team massive disadvantage in the game.

If you’re just starting out, like I was, don’t hesitate to reach out to Andrés, the club’s coach. He’s dedicated, approachable, and always there to support your progress. Even with the busy schedule of entertaining his clan he still had the time to answer any questions about the place that I had, we event went for a short padel match. PS. 1 year ago Fantastic experience: The best, really good price and service. The receptionist was fast and smooth, given the fact I just walked in and asked if they have any available courts at 9:00 am. They have a cute and clean cafe, washroom, and sitting area as well. Plus, the cat is a bonus. The only thing I can suggest is if they can provide a coach just to give 5 min instructions for first-timers, but overall it's worth going

1 year ago Negative experience: Our recent experience booking Club Padel sessions through 1Fit app were terrible. First, there was an issue where Club Padel team canceled coaching sessions on the weekend without any prior notice, despite initially confirming the booking and offering weekend group lessons through the app (which I've already shared to 1Fit team). This lack of communication was frustrating, and it’s not the only time we’ve encountered poor customer service at the club. Since they said the coach is not available on weekends, we booked a session with the ball machine instead on October 5, 6PM. Upon arriving, the front desk staff was not accommodating at all. As first-time visitors to Club Padel and first-time users of the ball machine, we expected a brief introduction or at least some basic guidance. Instead, we were simply told to download the app for the machine with no further explanation, leaving us feeling lost and ignored. We just tried to figure out how it works with another guy who booked the same session through 1Fit. We’ve visited other padel clubs where the staff was much more helpful and welcoming, making this experience stand out in a negative way. To make matters worse, we noticed the same staff member treating another customer—who booked the same ball machine session—far better than us. This left us with the impression that 1Fit members aren’t given the same level of service as direct club customers, which isn’t a great way to encourage full membership. Finally, we booked a ball machine session for today (October 6, 6PM), which was canceled in the morning. We then booked the next available session at 5PM and went to the club, as there was no indication it had been canceled. Upon arrival, the front desk informed us that the 5PM session had also been canceled, asking why we were there. We explained that no cancellation notification was sent for the 5PM slot. He was blaming us for booking instead of addressing the issue. There seems to be a gap in communication between the 1Fit app and Club Padel. If the session was canceled, we should have been informed, or the slot should have been closed in the app to prevent booking in the first place. The main issue is why the ball machine sessions (or the classes in general) are still open for booking if the club is too busy to accommodate them. This kind of lack of communication and basic client care is surprising for a well-known club, and I hope this feedback can help ensure others don’t face similar issues. Additionally, the management should prioritize training their staff in providing better customer service. The front desk seemed uninterested in assisting first-time visitors. Wouldn't recommend this club at all due to terrible customer service.

1 year ago Fantastic experience: Just had my first visit to this padel club, and I absolutely loved it! The place is fantastic with both outdoor and indoor courts, so you're covered no matter the weather. Parking was super convenient, which made things so easy. The staff are incredibly kind and friendly. Our trainer was awesome, explained so many things and really helped us improve our game. After we wrapped up, my friends and I enjoyed some delicious protein smoothies together at the coffee shop in lounge area. It was the perfect ending to a great day. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a fun and welcoming padel experience!

1 year ago Fantastic experience: It's an amazing place to play with amazing hospitality. Very comfortable location with enough parking space. Good covered courts with AC for hot weather and also open courts are available. After the game, you can grab a healthy smoothy at the Club Padel bistro

2 years ago Negative experience: **Terrible Customer Service and Unethical Practices** I had an awful experience with Padel club for CPlus match. We requested to reschedule a court booking—empty courts were available—but they refused without any consideration. Worse, they replaced a player in our game who is not even d- The manager and staff were rude and showed no empathy, only focused on making money. When I called to discuss the issue, they blamed us instead of addressing the problem. club padel clearly doesn't care about its customers. Save your money and go elsewhere.

2 years ago Fantastic experience: My favourite Padel club in Dubai, beautiful surroundings, staff and management are very friendly and always very accommodating Courts are well maintained and cafe has yummy options. Using their new ball machine is great practice, it’s super advanced with app to program the shot. I Always look forward to my games there with friends morning and evening.

2 years ago Fantastic experience: Great outdoor padel courts. Had my my first leveling assessment and Vicente was really accommodating. They also have regular speed tournaments with free BBQ dinner afterwards. Also has a players lobby through an app that allows you to play with randoms if you don't have anyone to play with and it also levels you up. 5 star all the way.
