Fantastic experience: My favorite place to play padel! The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and respectful, which makes every visit a great experience. Parking is easy to find, and we usually book a private court. I especially recommend the private courts for ladies who wear a scarf, as they provide a comfortable and private space. The private court also has its own private bathroom, which is very convenient. They also have an app where you can easily check court availability and book your preferred date and time. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to try or play padel. Great facilities, wonderful staff, and an overall excellent experience!

Negative experience: Horrible experience at padel art . Courts are so dirty and full of sand that I slipped and twisted my ankle really badly . Request the management to look into the courts standard and ensure safety and compensation of players who get injured because of poor quality of court.

Negative experience: Bad customer service. Rude staff, overpriced and incredibly humid. Do not buy rackets from Padel Art as they’re kept in a warm warehouse. Rackets will crack or go soft within min 3-6 months. Low ceilings. No space inbetween courts

Court has a fast turf so, you can feel more intense but more fun matches (friendly or competitive ones), CS Team are very friendly, accommodating and always giving a positive vibes! The best part? Negative experience: Such a horrible experience If there is a 0 star I would give that ! Booked the level assessment since months ago ,so when I come today with a very high expectation First suggestion, change your Level assessment day to weekends for people to have time to do it , for 3 months I will trying to book it I asked the staff by what’s up if I have time only in weekends what I can do ? Staff said I can book personal coaching and go to your app and have a look , there is no availability for any coach for months What a ridiculous answer!!! Second, today the coach was watching us for 10-15 minutes and giving us a level rate , in my court , as we spoke as the assessment, 3 of us didn’t agree with the level they gave ( the rest of 2 people we didn’t ask them) While in the team I am much better then them even they think so but I got lower level than them I came to your place to learn,to play with higher level but you rate me very low and with the level rate I can’t join any open match in your club I wasted my time and my money for nonsense Plus the female coach was quite rude…. And the membership was 500aed per month now is 699aed per month , really? ! Under this crisis??? What is the logic ? Not recommended at all ! You ruined my day ‍↕️‍↕️‍↕️

Negative experience: Used to be a stronger community with courts super busy However over the course of 2 years they have gone from 1 app to a website then back to another app. The apps were full of bugs or completely incorrect / slow / crashing. Each time they have changed the app they have changed the rating systems so many of us have lost our win/loss records and are force to AGAIN play ranked games to level up. This has benefitted the club who request this time that you play at least 20 games to achieve an 'average' rating again. Unsure why just like other clubs they cannot just fairly rate players based on history. The system they use is for tournaments more than games, not all players participate in tournaments. They also took away the very popular revar cameras to replace it with apparently a paid service that doesnt work that well if at all. Many of the great coaches left and so have quite a few of us long term members. It just doesn't make sense to keep paying membership when there are so few games on the app, especially for women it is hard to get a balanced ranked game to level up. Have also experienced leaking ceilings, complete power cuts and a number of other disappointing experiences leading to membership cancellation. Hopefully management will revisit the way things are running and customer feedback to improve and become great again. I really miss the original padel art that had a huge strong community of players.

Fantastic experience: Amazing club with great courts Went out to play to come back in the changing rooms to find out my jacket missing !! Staff was nice enough to look at the cameras from outside the changing room since there isn’t any inside. Unfortunately nothing wad found in the end. Good courts and good staff, just a reminder to NEVER leave your stuff in the changing rooms… Learned it the hard way Thanks again to the staff for their support in the end !

Fantastic experience: We got to know Melina, one of the top coaches from Padel Art, 2 years ago at the Padel World Cup, where she invited us to come and play in Padel Art. Since then, it became our favorite place in Dubai. Facilities, coaches (especially Cris mi amico, campeon y maestro), the cafeteria, the courts, the overall organization of the activities, the Padel Art app, the simplicity in booking the games, the merchandising, the staff.....everything and everybody there is top notch! I wild highly recommend paying a visit!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of Padel Art for just over a year now and I couldn’t have found a happier second home! The community they’ve built is unlike any other, their courts are well maintained and their staff is always happy to see you when you walk in. It’s easy to spend an entire day at the club because of their work space and cafe (which has some of the best food)! The GM, Max, is always around, greeting members and open to feedback which is a breath of fresh air when so often upper management and owners are unapproachable / invisible. They have fair policies, a great match-making app and a highly competitive monthly package which also adds to the appeal of the club. What a pity to see some reviewers try to tarnish what the owners and GM have built. Of course every community will unfortunately have one or two bad apples. Thank you Padel Art team for always brightening our days

Negative experience: Rude and arrogant staff. No respect for players. You have to get an assessment to play, and they give you a low score no matter how many years you've been playing. Below average facility. Would not recommend. Just go play somewhere else.
