Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with the manager(Eiogo) His attitude came across as rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. He refused to let my friend enter the gym, even though my friend wasn’t asking to use any of the facilities and only wanted to sit and wait for a short time. I understand that gyms have policies, but the way the situation was handled was unnecessarily unfriendly and lacked basic courtesy. Good customer service is about communicating policies respectfully, and unfortunately, that was missing during this experience. I hope management addresses this and improves the way members and their guests are treated.

Positive experience: After spending over 5 months in the gym as a family ( me and my 2 daughters), i came up with the following: The staff are helpful and friendly especially hadeer and pillar always supporting and answering all my questions and requests. I have a great PT (Diva), excellent coach well educated and informed explains every single move you feel safe while working with her and the most important thing her support when you start to give up. However kids classes were a disappointment, my youngest enjoyed zumba with a great instructor suddenly the instructor was changed she lost passion and dropped the class she goes now to gym passionless. I really wanted my kids to love the gym and get used to healthy lifestyle unfortunately wellfit weren't helpful. Hope my complains get heard and improvements take place.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, great atmosphere. You can't go wrong with a gym like well fit. The staff are really great especially my guys Mr. Issac, Mr. Henry, Mr. Abdullah, Mr. Saad. If you have any questions I would suggest reaching out to those guys.

Negative experience: * The membership fees are very high compared to the facilities and services available in the ladies' section. * The gym is consistently overcrowded because new memberships continue to be accepted beyond the facility's capacity. Membership sales should be limited once the gym reaches a reasonable capacity to ensure a better experience for existing members. * Finding parking is extremely difficult, especially during peak hours. As mentioned above, the parking area is not large enough to accommodate the number of gym members. * The parking spaces are not shaded, making it very uncomfortable to visit the gym, especially in the morning due to the extreme heat. * The overall space and facilities do not reflect the premium standards that the gym claims to offer. * The gym turf needs to be replaced or thoroughly cleaned, as it is very dirty and covered with hair. * Several pieces of gym equipment are heavily worn out and should be replaced or properly maintained. * Considering the price I am paying for my membership, I expected a much higher standard of facilities, maintenance, and overall experience.

Negative experience: I registered my son at this gym even though he is under the allowed age. I cancelled the membership within 24 hours after realizing he couldn’t continue. It has now been two months and I still haven’t received my refund. He should not have been accepted in the first place due to his age. Very disappointing experience.

Negative experience: Feedback to Management department - a thread: The concerns not resolved and Diego is not of their word from their calls. Nothing done. It’s not only my experience. This issue to others experience for specialized PT session MMA. Worst service response from team: An under maintenance curtain broke, unprepared dark room and no remote/switch for light…. and specific to their terms and time only… (Note there is a full MMA dedicated floor, they banned also for PT session as per meeting in Feb.) Latest update: 29 Jan 2026 (0/10) No effort - only ignoring to make this issue go away. This is the opposite of what they mention on email **Note I always manage schedule so it’s not New. Members have the right to know, possibility they not consider your progress/training concerns or time. This is a fairly manageable. Mr. Feras and customer sales mishandled this issue. They are committed to not support. If the most specialized sessions is not valued here, then our well being and well fit goals are ignored. Then members should speak up. 26 Jan 2026 (0/12) Issue has been marked as “resolved” without any clear schedule or written confirmation, despite being told that details will be shared and expect a call from management. 4 tickets “internally closed” but no follow-up, and even though it has been explained multiple times, over the call they claim “Didn’t understand” “we will fix it” “we will call back” “we will confirm the schedule timetable” Advice to others: always written confirmation after calls and keep a paper trail. Resolution requires accountability, not just verbal assurances. My specialized classes will not be used for normal classes because from 2 pm to 10 pm the class is fully used and I have to end up at the rescheduling my sessions over and over again. Previous review - the first review date: (1/12) I am a client of over 2+ years very consistent gym goer 4-5 times a week and sometimes twice a day on weekends. I filed on the application and WhatsApp queries and complaints regarding my sessions, past experiences with PTs and scheduling management of classes and the ethic of taking care of continuing members. Admin their service declined and related to how it was effecting performance. I visit less frequently… My gym visit is decreased and barely able to manage. Part mostly due to my queries unresolved or ignored affected and blocked and decreased my performance goals and gym. I resort to walks in parks and nature walking. I do not require the stress and workout from communicating and “getting” anything done or resolved. As they will respond in comments below: Yes - I have reached out to them No -they were not helpful and always saying “we will solve it” or “we will fix it” keep on delaying issues and now they are quiet. The issues keep piling up. Reaching out and “Discussing further “ only kept them further away… This review is here to stay and I will update this here only.

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the recent changes at this gym. Despite the significant increase in membership fees, there has been little to no improvement in the facilities or overall experience. The parking spaces are very limited and far too small, making it difficult for members to find suitable parking. The gym is consistently overcrowded, often exceeding what the facility can comfortably accommodate. The lockers are in poor condition and many of them do not lock properly. There are also far too few hangers available in the changing rooms, which creates unnecessary inconvenience for members. Additionally, the StairMaster machines are positioned in a way that compromises privacy, as they are visible from the men’s area below. This is something that should have been addressed long ago. To make matters worse, group classes are almost always fully booked, making it difficult for members to actually benefit from the services offered. Considering the increased prices, I expected a much higher standard of service and facilities. Unfortunately, the current situation does not justify the cost, and I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes meaningful improvements.

Fantastic experience: Facilities 100% you got everything you need specifically martial arts, coach hayatullah is number one and part of the main reason why i go to the gym everyday. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Negative experience: I love everything except that in the girls’ section I keep finding dirt and dust everywhere. I added some pictures from times I remembered to take them. It’s really annoying, and it makes me worry that other areas might not be cleaned properly too. In a gym especially, everything should be kept tidy since people sweat and use the equipment closely. Also the cleaners are only in the locker room there are none or few upstairs, and considering the prices of the gym, the hygiene should be up to the standard.

Negative experience: They show you AD that they offer 3 day free access or 1 and a half day. But when you go there they mention that they don't do that and they only give one day. Be clear from the beginning. They say the GYM is full thats why and when I entered only few people inside

Negative experience: Good facilities at Wellfit Madar, but trainer consistency is an issue. Some great trainers are no longer there, which affects motivation and overall experience. Hope this improves.

Negative experience: I’ve been a member at Wellfit, and while the gym is clean and has a luxurious feel, the actual facilities—especially on the women’s side—are quite limited and small for the price being charged. It doesn’t feel worth it compared to what you’re paying. The main reason I renewed my membership was because of my personal trainer, Walaa. She was incredibly motivating, professional, and genuinely made the experience enjoyable and worth coming back for. As i tried to renew our sessions after ramadan, I, unfortunately, found out that she had been let go and won’t be able to continue training me. This is extremely disappointing, especially after committing to such an expensive membership specifically because of her. For a gym at this price point, there should be better management, better staff retention, and more value in terms of facilities. Losing trainers like Walaa directly affects the client experience. If I had known this would happen, I honestly would not have renewed my membership.

Negative experience: I’ve been training at this gym for the past year with a personal trainer Ms Walaa who was honestly one of the main reasons I stayed committed and kept coming back. I was actually planning to renew my PT sessions with her this coming week, only to find out that she has been terminated and will no longer be available to train me. This was extremely disappointing to hear. She was professional, knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely excellent at her job. Over the past year, she made a huge difference in my fitness journey and consistently provided the kind of support and quality that kept me loyal to this gym. To lose a trainer of that caliber without any proper communication to clients is frustrating, especially for those of us who built trust, routine, and progress with her. It honestly makes me question whether I want to continue my PT sessions here at all. A good trainer is hard to find, and when a gym lets go of someone who clearly adds real value to their clients, it reflects poorly on management decisions. Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I joined the gym since day one and I have been working out with Coach Ayda who knew exactly what I needed to reach my goal. Coach Ayda have been consistent with following up with me and my sister who we have been working out together, entering classes, joining in PT with her and most importantly maintaining a great friendship with the coach. For us having a Coach who is also a friend is so important to have and to continue to get supported and stronger without her me & my sister would have not considered renewing our membership in the gym, due to the place getting so much crowded and other issues that I do not want to mention here. The gym is clean and great but parking is always full specially during the evening.

The gym has great facilities, a motivating environment, and everything you need for a great workout. I also had personal training sessions with both Coach Ayda and Coach Alkida, and I benefited a lot from their guidance and support. They are both very motivating and helped me improve my workouts in many ways. Overall, Well Fit Gym has been a big part of my fitness journey, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive and well-equipped gym.

Negative experience: It seems that no one is taking members’ complaints and requests seriously at Wellfit Madar. I raised a complaint last Wednesday, providing full details about instructor Ayda’s behavior. I was informed by someone from Wellfit that the issue would be addressed and looked into. However, I have not received any response. On Monday, since I had not heard back, I resent my complaint to Wellfit management. Until today, I still have not received any reply. Yesterday, I experienced another uncomfortable situation. As I was leaving the ladies’ area, Ayda stood in my way, looked at me in an inappropriate manner from head to toe, and spoke to me rudely. I immediately went to reception and asked management to handle this matter and contact me, as I left feeling completely ignored and without any care or attention. Once again, I have not received any call until now. Is this the level of customer service your members should expect? I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and attention given to this issue. Honestly, I will have to escalate it to the appropriate higher authorities.

Her professionalism, positive energy, and motivating style keep me consistent and excited to attend every session. Her group classes — especially Pilates, Cycling, and Core — are always well-structured, challenging, and enjoyable. She genuinely inspires us to push our limits. I’m an Emirates Platinum member, which allows me to access more than 20 gyms across the UAE. However, I choose to attend Gym Well Fit mainly because of Coach Aida. We are truly lucky to have her, and she absolutely deserves recognition. ❤️

I have been training under Coach HayatuAllah for 3 years (1 year here at Wellfit), and I cannot recommend him enough. He is the complete package when it comes to coaching boxing and Muay Thai with over 30 years of experience. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the technical aspects of the sports, but what sets him apart is his professionalism and calm, down-to-earth demeanor. He commands respect not by being loud, but by being a master of his craft and treating everyone with respect in return. If you want to learn proper technique, conditioning and see yourself improving in a focused, respectful environment, HayatuAllah at Wellfit is your coach. I’ve been also training with Coach Fahd for about 6 months now (he is assisting HayatuAllah for the moment), and he has been a game-changer for my motivation. His passion for boxing is contagious! Every session, he brings high energy; he is so encouraging, always pushing you to do your best while making sure you're having good time. He is also incredibly friendly and approachable with all the students. A fantastic coach with a true heart for the game! I have to also mention that my two boys train with Coach Saad boxing and kickboxing at Wellfit (the whole family is there :)), and their experience has been amazing so far. As a parent, I was looking for someone who could teach discipline in a smart way, and Coach Saad is exactly that. He is so patient with the kids and has a unique gift for teaching martial arts through play. The kids don’t even realize how much they are learning because they are having so much fun. My son actually told me, “I want to keep doing martial arts because I like Coach Saad,” and that says it all. If you have kids, this is the coach you want for them. Highly recommended! Negative experience: Not satisfied Too much issues btw time to another Far car park Full car park Pec fly machine is one but hipthrust machines r 4 lol Some personal trainers attitude is rude Staff will be kind before you sign up But once ur signed up they have a wierd glare I ask the management to look after the machines and customer care Personal trainers will hate you if you dont want to train with them Personal trainers prices are too over I am saddly inconvenient
