Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this padel facility. I rented a court and was in the middle of a match when my booking time ended. I politely asked one of the staff members if we could have an extra 10 minutes to finish the game, but he refused in a rude and unfriendly manner. What made the situation worse was that only 5 minutes later, while we were still gathering our belongings and preparing to leave, he turned off the court lights without any warning. We were left struggling to collect our equipment in the dark. When I asked him to turn the lights back on for a few minutes so we could see and gather our things, he simply ignored us and walked away. I understand that court schedules need to be respected, but there is a professional and respectful way to treat customers. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional, disrespectful, and showed a complete lack of customer service. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and I hope management addresses this issue to prevent other customers from being treated the same way.

Negative experience: Extremely bad service, booked a class with the coach then came all the way to the place only to find out no coach was booked (only the court), the lady then apologized and offered me a free class later on. However, when I later inquired abt the free class they said they are not able to give it and told me it was another “miscommunication”. Mistakes happen but at least try to rectify the issue, and be able to clearly communicate with the customer with out giving false information?! Very poor service overall.

He took the time to help with anything I needed and made the overall experience much better. His positive attitude and willingness to assist really stood out. Great service and a great person to deal with—I really appreciate his help.

Negative experience: They are not on time always Just now they make matchmaking we arrived 3:50 and the game start at 4 We were waiting till 4:30 the guy not arrived This is not the first time No one of the employee come to apologize ,say what is going on where is the third player I don’t recommend this place.

The arena-style seating for spectators is a fantastic touch. Although it's a bit of a drive for those in Dubai, it's definitely worth the trip. The space also offers a great area for families to just chill. Overall, a fantastic venue for padel enthusiasts and their loved ones. Looking forward to coming back!

Negative experience: We are going to padel clubs to play and to be away from stress and some is to improve and love the environment. But the reservations team in the club didn't show good customer service even from the frst time we went there, even through playtomic (which I agree with the one who did his review months back here) and especially their own reservations team didn't keep track for the games and names listed. That actually results for not been able to play. It happened that it doesn't matter if u registered in advance, it is still happening. Sending a message they don't even reply but you will be seeing them online. I don't think the reason is due to massive bookings because even 24hrs or more ur message has been ignored. Happened twice.
