Fantastic experience: Very good place and very good staff and ms cristina help us

Negative experience: تجربة سيئة جداً وغير احترافية. حجزنا للعب البادل، ومع ذلك لم يُسمح لنا بإكمال وقتنا بشكل طبيعي بسبب وجود مجموعة أخرى قامت بحجز المكان بالكامل بعدنا. والأسوأ من ذلك أنهم كانوا يريدون منا مغادرة المكان مباشرة، حتى بدون إعطائنا وقتاً كافياً لاستخدام الحمام أو الاستحمام وتغيير ملابسنا بعد اللعب! بعد نقاش، سُمح لنا أخيراً باستخدام الحمام والاستحمام وتغيير ملابسنا، لكن للأسف حتى هذا لم يكن بخصوصية أو راحة. إحدى الموظفات كانت تقف بشكل متكرر عند باب حمام الرجال وتطلب منا الاستعجال والخروج، رغم أننا كنا داخل الحمام ونقوم بالاستحمام وتغيير ملابسنا. هذا التصرف جعلنا نشعر بعدم الارتياح إطلاقاً، ومن غير المقبول أن يتم الضغط على العملاء بهذه الطريقة وهم داخل حمام الرجال. نحن نتفهم وجود حجوزات بعدنا وضرورة الالتزام بالمواعيد، لكن من حق العميل أيضاً أن يُعامل باحترام وأن يحصل على قدر معقول من الخصوصية والوقت للاستحمام وتغيير ملابسه بعد النشاط، خصوصاً إذا كان قد دفع مقابل استخدام المكان. للأسف، أسلوب التعامل والتنظيم كان سيئاً جداً وأفسد التجربة بالكامل. أتمنى من الإدارة مراجعة طريقة التعامل مع العملاء واحترام خصوصيتهم بشكل أفضل مستقبلاً.

Fantastic experience: نادي رياضي ممتاز مجهز بأجهزة حديثة ونظيفة، ويوفر بيئة مريحة ومشجعة على ممارسة الرياضة. طاقم العمل متعاون ومحترف، وتجربتي فيه كانت رائعة منذ انضمامي إليه. Excellent gym with modern equipment, a clean environment, and a great atmosphere for training. The staff are friendly and professional, and my experience as a member has been outstanding. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: Worst padel place ever. WPA is the most unreliable venue they always have issues with bookings, constantly cancel your reservations, and never stick to what they promise. Terrible management and zero professionalism. Would never recommend!

The team here is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and ensure you have a great experience. Their warm hospitality makes this place even more special. If you’re looking for a serene and well-maintained space to enjoy sports or just relax, Paddle Academy in Rahman is the place to be. We absolutely love spending time here, and it’s quickly become one of our favorite spots!

Positive experience: Newly opened WPA, overall well organised place with total 5nos padel courts easy access location lots of free parking available. Coaches are well aware and technically sound highly recommended for all kids, family, friends for must visit and enjoy time. Padel racket available for purchase or use on padel, coffee show and mini mart in side.

Fantastic experience: Best padel place I've been to. I took five diffrent coaching sessions in diffrent places with different coaches and coach Diane is by far my favourite. She makes you work teaches you practical skills while making the class super fun. The place was nice and and clean and the receptionist was very sweet. 10/10
