We are truly sorry to hear about your recent experience at our club, and we sincerely apologize for the distress and inconvenience caused during your booking. We completely understand how important privacy and comfort are, especially for our guests.

You are absolutely correct that the ladies’ restroom is located within the private court area. Unfortunately, in this rare instance, a father entered the space with his small daughter who urgently needed to use the restroom. He missed reading the sign clearly stating that the court was reserved for ladies only. Our staff was attending to guests at reception at that moment, and we acknowledge that we should have ensured no men entered that area under any circumstance. Please accept our deepest apologies for this serious lapse in privacy.

We also want to clarify that our music system is shared across the facility, and we have not advertised it as a private sound system, though we completely understand how this affected your experience.

As a gesture of apology, we did not charge for your session, but we recognize that this does not undo the discomfort caused. Please know that we have already taken steps to prevent this from happening again, including reinforcing staff training, improving signage, and implementing stricter monitoring of the area and terms & conditions.

We value your feedback deeply, as it helps us improve and ensure our facility remains a respectful and safe environment for all guests. Once again, we are truly sorry for what happened and thank you for bringing these issues to our attention.
