Negative experience: You have provided a phone number for booking appointments, but what is the purpose of the number and the booking system if nobody answers the calls? This issue has been happening for two months in a row, and it is becoming very frustrating. I hope you can solve this problem and improve the response to customers as soon as possible.

Fantastic experience: Best padel courts in Abu Dhabi! The coach- Filipa- is great. Classes with her really help you improve, she explains really well. The Social events she organizes are the best way to match making and also a lot of fun. Good vibes for drinks after a game.

Negative experience: I had a very uncomfortable experience during a padel game I joined through the Playtomic app at this facility. I was paired with a coach who reacted in a surprisingly aggressive and unprofessional way openly questioning my skill level and suggesting I manipulated my rating. This happened in front of other players and left me feeling disrespected and embarrassed. Padel should be about learning and enjoying the game in a supportive environment, but unfortunately, this experience was the opposite. I hope the management takes action to ensure a more respectful and welcoming atmosphere for all players.

I got the opportunity to buy the 5 lesson package (they will have you covered for the racket the first two times for free) and got super satisfied. Filipa is great, she wemt straight to the point, explaining every movement and corrective action we did, making it a very inclusive lesson. Even if you have zero experience at all. Very recommended! (My advice, find a partner to with. It will make it cheaper and easier to get access on the social tournaments).

What really stood out, though, was Roland at the reception. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and welcoming. His warm attitude definitely made a difference in my visit. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to play Padel in a great environment with excellent customer service!

I played twice during Eid and am so happy with the host i met there this time not the lady but Roland,he is gentle and so friendly responding every question with a smile and even when his shift was over we pleaded and he happily served us drinks and waited till we finish I will definitely come back always anytime am around so i rate it 5

Negative experience: We booked the court today for 10:30, however we have booked AM instead of PM by mistake. When we arrived at 10:30 pm tonight, the lady at the reception had a very poor English and couldn’t assist us at all to try to resolve the issue. When we requested to speak to manager or any superior of hers, she rejected couple of times, pointing that this is our fault and said that the manager is in France. We do understand we have booked wrong timing, however the receptionist clearly has NO experience at all with customers and she shouldn’t be on front desk. Court seemed nice, however we couldn’t try it, as we left to another court, due to the bad service we received.

Negative experience: Very rude customer service. The lady at reception was speaking on the phone while we were trying to book and once we requested her for attention she raised her voice to us. 0 customer service and very low level of English. We left to another paddle court and we won’t come back.
