Negative experience: One lady in the reception doesn't love her work to get call, very rude and unbelievable attitude, he range of her voice as if she doesn't like to work. I was asking her name and she didn't tell. Put down the call She doesn't know how to handle proper and good costumer service. I called her around 9:50 pm April 14,2026.

Positive experience: Nice location on Cornish, however it was a bit hot inside. Changing room and toilet facilities have to be improved. There was no watercooler available to re-fill a water bottle.

Fantastic experience: We play at the outdoor court, it was nice. But we wish you provide better rental rackets.

Positive experience: One of the best places for padel in Abu Dhabi, their racket rentals are very good quality and not expensive. And the courts quality is top notch.

Negative experience: There was a man screaming at the workers and he was very rude and violent as well as aggressive and arrogant.

However, the experience is slightly marred by the somewhat steep pricing. It would be fantastic if the costs were a bit more accessible to a wider range of players. Despite this minor quibble, Padelisti remains a must-visit for any padel lover. Just be prepared to dig a little deeper into your pockets for the privilege.
