Fantastic experience: Nice place with clean courts and plenty of padel balls If you don’t have your own racket, you can borrow one from reception free of charge -- comes together with the court rental. The complimentary rackets aren’t brand new, but they’re perfectly fine to play with. For just AED 25 (or so, I don't remember the exact fee) you can also rent a brand-new racket if you prefer. Overall, it’s a great spot to enjoy a sporty time with friends!

Negative experience: Very bad receptionist 2 times my booking has been delayed because of him searching and confirming the booking by NAME! and he ends up calling the wrong person and uses my booking!

Negative experience: 2/01/25 4-5pm Extremely unpleasant Woman working behind the desk at paddle beach, for such a great venue what an unpleasant woman to put behind the front desk, we asked to play table tennis in which she said there was no bats however, we found them behind the desk, wouldn’t recommend.

Negative experience: I cancelled padel because I couldn’t find players for the game (I am beginner). With their sudden policy changes, I asked for a refund and I waited for the money almost the whole month of my membership, but instead of money, the only option I had was to extend my membership (by lesser days than I used) to hopefully be able to find players to join my skill level. Waste of time, money and bad experience. Too sad with policies that were never enforced properly. At least 1 star because the desk staff is really nice.

Fantastic experience: Excellent court and fantastic service…rackets available on rent… cooling is perfect… staff is courteous… options for dood and beverage are apr… recent tournament experience was very nice (although i lost )… some nice offers were available on Siux rackets, yearly memberships and discount on padel lessons… overall love this place

Positive experience: Paddle courts are great and AC is at the proper level. Included paddel rackets are broken and don't give maximum experience. Considering safety, broken paddel parts might fly around.

The reason it is 4 star and not 5 is because we booked 3 courts for 12 players but there werent enough padels available and even the ones we were given were not in great shape, some of them quite broken. It would've been nice to recieve equipment in good condition for us to use. I do want to say though, that the staff were helpful.

Nearby beach resort and residential facilities made it a popular choice for business or social gathering.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic venue in RAK for meeting and conferences. The large hall can easily sit upto 500 plus people. At times you can partition it to 3 sections depending on the crowd and requirement. The high ceilings, grand candeliers, AV support, all adds to a comfortable place for your gathering. We have had our regular meetings in one of the sections and have add an gathering in the whole hall. The support staff are friendly and helpful. The food and beverage is good and they would serve as per your want for the event. Ample car park, great place for events.
